We are so pleased to announce the Big Dog wins the 2010 National Zantac Chili Challenge
February 4th 2010 Mike Callaghan win's again with his new recipe Wiri Wiri Hot Chili.
We could not be more pleased at Les Noiracochon (The Black Pig) to have him defend his 2009 Chili Championship with such great success. The competition was tough this year, but Mike will be going to the Mayan Rivera Courtesy of Zantac and Edeiman Canada.
This year Mike had to come up with a new chili recipe. Taking all of the best from last year and exploring a few new peppers he found he was able to develop "Wiri Wiri Hot Chili" which can be found on the Zantac Web Site
